Negwegon Park No Longer Split

The Negwegon has been split into two parts since it was born over 50 years ago. It is now becoming one park thanks to a $900,000 federal grant to buy 391 acres of land between the park halves the state has long hoped join the park with. “The family reached out this summer and said they were finally willing to sell,” said Eric Ostrander, supervisor of Negwegon and Harrisville state parks.
